Job summary

Singota Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a SCM Associate Operator to join a high-trust, high-accountability team. The role involves handling shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities, with a focus on accurate inventory control and regulatory compliance in an FDA-regulated environment.

You will work with ERP and bar code scanning systems, operate forklifts/scissor lifts, and coordinate with the SCM Supervisor to meet daily logistics needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Life Sciences experience.
• 1 year in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or Inventory Systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pull material from warehouse locations using forklift or scissor lift as needed.
• Ship daily client material via designated carrier and manage temperature sensitive materials.
• Receive client material electronically in Singota ERP and client inventory systems; ensure proper locations.
