Job summary

Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming is seeking a Receiving Attendant to coordinate receipts and returns, manage mail and shipments, and support internal departments. The role reports to Security, and requires basic computer skills for order tracking and PO access.

Responsibilities include processing shipments via JD Edwards, inspecting deliveries, and coordinating with vendors. A valid Kentucky gaming/racing license is preferred to support ongoing operations at the Calvert City facility.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Kentucky gaming/racing license.
• Prior receiving/shipping clerk experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open shipments, inspect against POs, and note shortages.
• Receive shipments in JD Edwards, notify for backorders when needed.
• Forward packing lists and receiving tickets to other properties.
• Determine economical shipping methods and label items correctly.
• Log mail and shipments requiring special handling.
• Coordinate damage claims and liaise with shippers.
