Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest transactions including ticket/TITO redemptions and cash transactions.
• Place sports wagers for guests and redeem wagering vouchers for cash.
• Count and record funds, maintain balanced cash drawers, and manage vault exchanges.
• Verify IDs for check and cash transactions and complete required regulatory documentation.
• Open drop boxes, count currency, and record activity in count sheets and systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with promotions and events.
