Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises, the world's leading conveyorized car wash equipment manufacturer, seeks a Receiving Lead for our Richardson, TX location. You will perform all Warehouse Associate duties and act as backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed.

Responsibilities include processing truck shipments, entering SAP sales orders, logging orders to pickers, maintaining safety and housekeeping, coordinating with Customer Service, and preparing shipping documents.

Qualifications

1–2 years warehouse experience.
Forklift experience/training required.
Experience loading/unloading trucks.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Process all truck shipments domestically.
Enter into SAP and process all sales orders for customer walk-ins and pick-ups.
Log and assign orders to pickers.
Perform duties of Warehouse Associate when needed.
Acts as the back-up to Warehouse Specialist in their absence.
Adhere to and enforce housekeeping standards.
Respond to requests from Customer Service Department.
Review open pick ticket report daily.
Perform light assembly when needed.
Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials.
Record shipment data such as weight, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
Ensure the completion of UPOP - Urgent Part Order Process.
Supply packers with needed supplies
Identify and rectify safety concerns
Other duties as assigned
