Martin Incorporated is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee daily receiving operations, verify incoming shipments, and maintain accurate inventory. You will lead staff, schedule shifts, and coach for performance while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, adherence to safety standards, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and inventory control skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience with inventory control is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Mansioni

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Update inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, schedule and coach.
• Ensure safety guidelines and drive process improvement.
