Sterman-Masser-Inc in Sacramento, PA is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee inbound loads, verify BOLs, and enter data into Envio to ensure accurate inventory and smooth warehouse operations.

You will direct drivers, process paperwork, perform cycle counts, label products, and help maintain safety and GMP standards while coordinating with supervisors. This is a full-time, on-site role with shift flexibility.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory control.
• Ability to read and verify BOLs and packing lists.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct drivers on delivery procedures upon arrival.
• Fill out daily receiving paperwork.
• Verify BOL information to ensure correct receiving and recording.
• Sign BOLs for drivers and maintain a paper record of inbound deliveries.
• Enter and verify received quantities in Envio promptly.
• Create, monitor, and close runs.
• Adjust data as needed and troubleshoot Envio issues.
• Print pallet tags or box labels as required.
• Label Canadian product.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Cycle count Bin 3 and 4 in Plant 2, lower level.
• Be available across shifts as needed.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and managers.
