Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee up to 15 ecommerce receiving associates in our New Jersey warehouse. You will focus on training, productivity, and quality metrics as you drive results in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to interpret KPIs and Looker reports while maintaining brand and condition standards. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce warehouse or production setting.
• Strong leadership aptitude with potential to grow into management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 15 receiving associates; train, coach, and drive productivity and quality.
• Research challenging consignments and provide feedback to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Authentication and Photography Leads on inbound consignments for VIP consignors and sales.
