Job summary

Stewart Fastener in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision.

You will partner with senior management to prioritize workloads, train employees, and maintain safety and performance standards. This full-time, in-person role offers advancement opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Experience in warehouse operations and inventory systems is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills including percentages.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to warehouse staff to ensure timely receiving tasks.
• Expedite orders for each department.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and performance expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Enforce attendance, punctuality, productivity, and workplace conduct standards.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and accuracy.
• Resolve issues involving parcel and freight carriers as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service for customer pickup orders.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflow priorities with senior management.
