Job summary

Americhem in Morrisville, PA is seeking a Full Time Non-exempt Receiving/Warehouse Support to manage all incoming shipments, organize the warehouse, input data, and assist Production with material prep. Secondary shipping duties may apply during overflow.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or material handling. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, data entry, and forklift operation is expected;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Warehouse experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; data entry and forklift skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload arriving shipments per ISO work instructions and safety policies.
• Verify incoming product, lot numbers, and weights against bills of lading and internal POs.
• Record small packaging receipts in the receiving log and distribute packages.
• Provide lab with samples for incoming materials requiring quality inspection.
• Enter incoming material into the appropriate database.
• Print and affix inventory tags on all incoming material.
• Place all received materials into designated locations in the warehouse daily.
• Maintain the inventory quarantine area.
• Weigh unused materials from production and return to their location.
• Gather, weigh, and inventory scrap materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and address damaged inventory daily.
• Communicate gaps in achieving daily goals to leadership.
