Job summary

AD Chemco is seeking a shipping, receiving, and fulfillment associate at our Jerome location. You will count and receive freight, operate a forklift, manage orders, and perform inventory audits while ensuring timely delivery with satellite sites.

Applicants should be detail oriented, self-driven, and a team player with strong computer skills; a high school diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in Word/Excel is helpful, and BC/Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older to handle hazardous materials (implied safety requirement).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work history demonstrating required skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete documents and assist management.

Responsibilities

• Count and receive incoming freight using inventory software.
• Operate a forklift daily to pick and put away freight.
• Manage incoming orders and count inventory of products.
• Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with satellite locations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide administrative support and maintain warehouse organization.
