Job summary

VB Cosmetics in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Receiving Associate to ensure accurate and timely receipt of materials. You will inspect deliveries, document variances, and organize material flow throughout the facility, using SYSPRO and Unipoint ERP systems.

The role requires forklift operation, DOT certification for hazardous materials, 3+ years in production, receiving, or inventory control, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining safe practices and clean work areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production, receiving or inventory control.
• Forklift experience required.
• DOT certification for receiving hazardous materials.
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack and related warehouse equipment.
• Capable of bending, lifting and pushing boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Adheres to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspects packing list for damage, count and documentation.
• Rejects defective material when appropriate.
• Communicates variances between PO and deliveries.
• Organizes distribution of materials within the facility.
• Operates forklift and related equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
• Performs receipts and transfers in SYSPRO and Unipoint.
• Maintains storage area and keeps area clean and secure.
