Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Specialist for the Natrium Test & Fill Facility. You will ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of materials supporting SAT, maintaining traceability and documentation to meet safety and project schedules.

You will work with Operations, Supply Chain, QA, EHS, and Engineering to optimize material control, staging, and issue flow, ensuring compliance with nuclear-grade requirements and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, inventory control, or logistics in industrial/technical settings.
• Ability to perform detailed receipt inspections and maintain records.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP; proficient with office software.
• Ability to read technical documents (POs, packing lists, datasheets).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift and operate material handling equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and log incoming materials against POs and packing lists.
• Perform receipt inspections verifying certifications and documentation.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming items; coordinate returns.
• Maintain real-time inventory records; perform cycle counts; support audits.
• Stage and kit materials for SAT and Site Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate availability and timely issue of materials for SAT activities.
• Ensure materials used are received, inspected, and documented.
• File material-related SAT records for configuration management.
• Follow EHS, quality, and material control procedures; support audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA, EHS, and Supply Chain to plan needs.
