Job summary
TerraPower is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for the Natrium Test & Fill Facility in Wyoming. You will lead a small team of engineers and maintenance staff to ensure safe, reliable operation and support an aggressive test schedule for advanced nuclear systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years in industrial facilities.
- Experience leading engineering/maintenance teams in operational settings.
- Maintenance program development and CMMS experience.
- Strong safety/regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Engineering change control and documentation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of engineers and maintenance personnel; set priorities.
- Own facility systems from engineering and reliability perspectives; manage changes.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance via CMMS.
- Ensure strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
- Support facility commissioning, test setup, campaigns, and post-test activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including drawings and specs.
- Lead root cause analyses and reliability improvements.
- Manage small to mid-size projects with scope, estimates, and oversight.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
