Champion Foods LLC seeks a warehouse associate to monitor inventory, replenish materials on a fast-paced line, and load outgoing shipments with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will operate powered industrial vehicles, document movements, and assist with general warehouse tasks in a production environment.

The role requires forklift and pallet jack experience, AIB/food-safety training, and the ability to read and write for accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment and handheld scanner in a manufacturing environment; or 6 months of manufacturing/production experience and completion of fork truck safety and operation training program.
• Experienced operator of material handling equipment (stand-up forklift, pallet jack, manual pallet jack, etc.).
• Ability to read, write and count to correctly fill orders and conduct accurate inventory.

Responsabilités

• Complete all required AIB food safety and quality modules on an annual basis or within one year from start date.
• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles and manual pallet jacks.
• Adheres to all company safety and quality standards and procedures identified in GMPs, HACCP, FDA, OSHA, USDA, and BRC.
• Pick and stage customer orders, load outgoing shipments and document inventory movements, expiration and lot/serial numbers using handheld scanners.
• Strategically plan, stage and replenish materials in a fast-paced environment, documenting inventory movements, expiration dates, and lot/serial numbers.
• Clean and maintain warehouse areas and powered industrial vehicles.
• Follow FIFO inventory control practices for shipping and production needs, while monitoring expiration dates.
• Transfer finished goods from production lines to storage locations with documentation.
• Participate in physical inventory counts.
• Assist other departments with pick-ups and deliveries; general warehouse operations.
