Job summary
Pocket Nurse in Pennsylvania is seeking a DC Specialist II (Receiving) to support inbound operations and ERP-based receiving, tagging, and put-away of merchandise. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to standardized processes while working with a team.
You will verify shipments against PO, packing lists, and bills of lading, perform cycle counts, operate forklifts and other equipment, and contribute to order fulfillment and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years DC experience or 4 years related experience.
- Industrial equipment certification and valid Driver’s License required.
- Experience with WMS and shipping software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receives and inspects inbound shipments; verifies against PO and packing lists.
- Receives goods in ERP, tags items, and stores in designated locations.
- Performs cycle counts and supports order fulfillment as needed.
- Operates forklifts and similar equipment following safety policies.
