Job summary

Pocket Nurse is seeking a Distribution Center (DC) Specialist II (Receiving) to join our medical supplies distribution team. You will unload inbound shipments, verify against purchase orders, enter data into the ERP, and prepare items for put-away while supporting overall DC operations.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety policies, and proficiency with RF scanning and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years of DC experience or 4 years of related education.
• Industrial equipment certification is preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills; able to work safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments; verify against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Enter receipts into ERP; tag and store merchandise for inventory control.
• Support order fulfillment, cycle counts, and overall DC operations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment following safety policies.
