Job summary

Bonney Staffing is recruiting for a Receiving Assistant in West Cumberland, ME, offering a full-time day shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM) at $20/hr. You will support inventory processes, receive materials, and assist with local deliveries, collaborating with warehouse and production teams to keep operations smooth and safe.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with potential for permanent employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in material handling and inventory control preferred.
• Prior shipping and receiving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and control systems.
• Distributing materials to appropriate production departments.
• Preparing materials for shipment and assisting with outbound logistics.
• Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Performing regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Assisting with local deliveries using company vehicles.
• Supporting a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
