Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Enter receiving information into the company’s computer system.
• Label and organize incoming materials.
• Safely operate a forklift to unload trucks and move materials.
• Stage materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and purchasing teams regarding discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
