Openwork is hiring a Receiving Coordinator in Salisbury, NC to manage incoming inventory and production materials, verify shipments, and maintain accurate ERP records. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of warehouse or receiving experience and familiarity with ERP systems like IFS, SAP, or Oracle.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle or similar software is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process incoming inventory and production materials.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Pull and stage materials for production as needed.
• Report missing parts and receiving issues.
• Support warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
