Job summary

Openwork is hiring an experienced Receiving Specialist for a manufacturing operation in Oklahoma City, OK. You will receive and inspect incoming materials, verify documentation, and maintain accurate inventory records to support daily warehouse and production activities.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of receiving experience, MRP system experience, and current forklift certification. The role is 1st shift, full-time with contract-to-hire, and offers weekly pay and benefits after

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of receiving experience.
• MRP system experience required.
• Current forklift certification and forklift experience.
• Experience verifying purchase orders, packing slips, and incoming materials.
• Basic computer and inventory data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to communicate and understand English.
• Must be available to work until 4:30 PM daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
• Verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.
• Count, label, organize, and properly store incoming materials.
• Enter receiving and inventory information into the MRP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Operate a forklift to move and organize materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, production, and shipping teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Follow company receiving, inventory, and safety procedures.
