Job summary

Icon Vehicle Dynamics is seeking a Receiving Associate to unload shipments, verify and label received components, and process receipts in a Warehouse Management System. You will collaborate with quality and shipping teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, maintaining a clean receiving area, and safely operating forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and inspect for damage.
• Count, verify and label received items.
• Process receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving area.
• Assist with outbound orders, kitting, and transfers as needed.
