Job summary

Icon Vehicle Dynamics LLC is seeking a Receiving Associate to unload truck deliveries, verify received components, and input data into our warehouse systems. You will stock, pick, and ship items, operate forklifts and order-pickers, perform cycle counts, and uphold safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced, multi-user facility.

You will contribute to accurate inventory, data integrity, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stand on your feet for 8hrs.
• Lift 50 lbs. and 80 lbs. occasionally.
• General warehouse experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Customer service and teamwork.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, unload packages, inspect and ensure they are undamaged.
• Count, verify and label each item that is received.
• Complete transactions in computer systems; print reception notes, labels, QA log, and other required internal system entries.
• Cycle counts to resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Operate heavy machinery daily (forklift, order picker, reach truck) to receive and move product.
• Follow all safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions or hazards.
