Job summary

Riverside Mfg., LLC is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Clerk to accurately receive, verify, and document all incoming materials. You will ensure items match orders, enter data in the inventory system, and store goods correctly to support uninterrupted production.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing lists, and certifications. The position may involve collaborating with Quality, Production, and Shipping teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to enter and look up information in computer systems.
• Ability to read, count, and write English for receiving records.
• Ability to read and compare purchase orders and packing lists.
• Forklift certification and ability to obtain/maintain certification.
• US person per ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Unloads deliveries and checks shipments against orders and packing lists.
• Counts, weighs, and identifies incoming parts for accuracy.
• Inspects shipments for damage and documents discrepancies.
• Verifies documentation such as certifications and test reports.
• Enters receipts into the system and labels materials for traceability.
• Operates forklift to move materials and supports dock organization.
• Notifies Purchasing of shortages or issues and coordinates with Quality.
