Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to support accurate receiving, inventory control, freight processing, and merchandise movement throughout the store. This role receives shipments, processes purchase orders, verifies inventory, sorts freight, and replenishes merchandise on the sales floor.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

1+ year of receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
Experience with purchase orders or inventory control preferred.
Comfortable using computers and barcode scanners.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
Willing to learn and adapt.

Mansioni

Receive shipments and process purchase orders according to SOPs.
Use scan guns and computer systems to document receipts and inventory.
Identify discrepancies with PO, DC, and vendors.
Maintain accurate receiving records and research negative on-hand inventory.
Verify pricing, labels, and security tags as required.
Unload, sort, organize, and distribute freight throughout the store.
Process store-to-store transfers and UPS shipments accurately.
Follow apparel receiving and merchandising procedures, including tagging, labeling, rack organization, and stock levels.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, scan guns, and other equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
