The Vomela Companies is seeking a Receiving Inventory Specialist to accurately receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments in our Indianapolis, IN facility. This onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm with frequent overtime and occasional Saturdays, offering pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour USD.

Responsibilities include verifying PO matches, updating inventory systems, and coordinating with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory management, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify that all items are accounted for and match purchase orders.
• Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas following company standards.
• Update inventory management systems and databases promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate the flow of inventory.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
