Job summary

Vomela is seeking a Receiving Inventory Specialist in Indianapolis, IN for an onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am–4:00pm and potential overtime including Saturdays. The role focuses on accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of all incoming shipments to keep inventory records up to date.

You will verify items against purchase orders, update systems, organize storage, and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and software applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour USD
