Job summary

The Vomela Companies is an onsite inventory clerk role in St. Paul, MN. You will receive, track, and manage inventory shipments and stock movements, supporting production and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and timely distribution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory or warehouse roles, strong analytical skills, and experience with inventory software. Benefits include a comprehensive health plan and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record inventory shipments and stockroom movements.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
• Perform periodic audits of inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
• Provide excellent support to the operations team, responding to queries and resolving inventory-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay Range: $21-23/hour USD

Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, recording, and managing inventory shipments and stock movements.

What You'll Do...
