Vomela Company in St. Paul, MN is seeking an Inventory Clerk to accurately receive, record, and manage shipments and stock movements. This onsite role supports production teams and safeguards inventory accuracy.

You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, use inventory management software, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely storage and distribution. A high school diploma and 1–2 years experience are required; standard benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record inventory shipments and stockroom movements.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
• Perform periodic audits of inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Provide timely, professional support to the operations team and respond to queries.

Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, recording, and managing inventory shipments and stock movements.

What You’ll Do...

• Receive, process, and record inventory shipments and stockroom movements
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory
• Perform periodic audits of inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management
• Provide excellent support to the operations team, responding to queries and resolving inventory-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment

Location: Onsite role in St. Paul, MN

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay Range: $21-23/hour USD
