Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group in St. Paul, MN is seeking an Inventory Clerk to accurately receive, record, and manage inventory shipments and stock movements.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a pay rate of $21–$23/hour. The role requires 1–2 years of inventory or warehouse experience and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, plus familiarity with inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record inventory shipments and stockroom movements.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
• Perform periodic audits of inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
• Provide excellent support to the operations team, responding to queries and resolving inventory-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Onsite role in St. Paul, MN

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay Range: $21-23/hour USD
