Job summary

Armada, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Manager to oversee all receiving and inventory operations at the Armada East warehouse in Methuen, MA.

You will ensure accurate intake, inventory integrity, and safety compliance while driving data-driven decisions. Lead a 5–10 person Receiving team, manage inbound operations, uphold quality during intake, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to optimize space and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong background in inventory control and material handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational technologies.
• Ability to identify process gaps and take ownership of improvements.

Responsibilities

• Safety: maintain a safe, clean, compliant warehouse environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Receiving operations: lead a team of 5–10 Receiving Associates and oversee inbound intake.
• Inventory management: supervise Inventory Specialists, resolve discrepancies, optimize space.
• Cross-functional: collaborate with AMs, Operations, Procurement and Logistics for visibility.
• Systems & data: monitor performance using WMS and analyze data for root causes.
• Training & development: mentor team, uphold SOPs and promote continuous improvement.
