The role involves driving various vehicles, planning equipment-related projects, and coordinating with vendors to ensure materials are received as ordered.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely reporting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in a food service operation as an Equipment Coordinator.
• Light to Advanced experience in the Culinary Industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with on-site vendors to complete tasks and projects impacting culinary operations.
• Communicate with cross-departmental staff professionally.
• Maintain accurate operation procedures and high service levels.
• Inspect daily kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Investigate open reports and provide status updates.
• Assist with triaging work tickets and procurement of supplies.
