Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus relevant food/service experience.
• ServSafe food handler certification required and maintained.
• Experience receiving and storing goods in high-volume operations.
• Basic math skills for weights/measures and reading receiving lists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of foods, supplies, and equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise receivers and coordinate with chefs and purchasing teams.
• Manage Kronos time clock activity and staff scheduling.
• Uphold safety and quality standards and improve customer experience.
