Job summary

ALTITUDE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is seeking an Entry-Level Warehouse Clerk to receive and verify items, track deliveries, and help manage storerooms for the property.

You will use Outlook and Excel for records, assist with labeling, packing, and routing, and support the property manager with daily operations and basic safety compliance. This on-site role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, maintain records, and prepare simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Compares identifying information and verifies quality, counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading or invoices.
• Ensures proper shipping labels are attached to outgoing packages.
• Examines shipments, records discrepancies, and routes items to departments and owners.
• Moves items using hand trucks and secures them for storage or transfer.
• Maintains storeroom cleanliness and security; forwards invoices to the property manager.
