Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a detail-orientedReceiving/Shipping Clerk to manage packages and deliveries for residential units. You will log packing slips, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery with proper signatures.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, ability to lift 30 lbs, and basic MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This on-site position involves coordination with the Front Desk and other teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year in related experience.
• Bi-lingual a plus; English and Spanish.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 30 lbs.
• Proficient use of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming packages and deliveries and log information into resident software.
• Inspect shipments for damages and log discrepancies.
• Deliver items to units and obtain signatures for accepted items.
• Log proof of delivery and maintain shipping/receiving records.
• Maintain department databases and prepare routine reports.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
