Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented receiving and inventory coordinator to join our team.

You will handle receiving parts and equipment, verify shipments, and enter data in SAP to keep inventory accurate in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting on discrepancies, perform cycle counts, support returns, shortages, and damaged shipments, and maintain proper filing of receiving documentation using Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for receiving and inventory transactions.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Preferred ExperienceInventory control and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and equipment shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter receiving transactions accurately in SAP.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting regarding discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Process returns, shortages, and damaged shipments.
• Ensure receiving documentation is complete and properly filed.
