Job summary

AMETEK Surface Vision is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Newark, DE. You will manage incoming inventory, storage, and material movement to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, item disposition, shipping with proper documentation, and collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, and Purchasing. The role demands attention to detail, safety, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Computer literacy in an ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with shipping and storeroom procedures is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy through receiving, storing, and dispersing materials.
• Package and ship customer orders with proper documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and annual inventory verification.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Shipping, and Purchasing.
• Identify and report parts shortages and unsafe conditions.
• Follow AMETEK policies and procedures for timely material handling.
