Job summary

Synapse ITS is seeking a Receiving Clerk to handle intake and inspection of deliveries, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with purchasing and accounting. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with ERP systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, prior shipping/receiving experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery drivers to unloading stations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries; document inspection results.
• Inspect incoming parts and verify against orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure proper documents in ERP.
• Operate ERP to review and receive orders; store stock properly.
• Provide receiving documentation to accounting for weekly pay runs.
• Report issues to manager and complete rejection process when needed.
• Conduct annualInventory counts and regular cycle counts.
