Job summary

You will perform accuracy checks, entry of packing slips, maintain receipt files, and assist with inventory movement. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining product integrity in a temperature-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to properly operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, scanners, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of suppliers and carrier requirements.
• Good decision making skills and ability to plan and organize time and activities.
• Ability to communicate and work with peers, customers and management.
• Strong math skills and ability to convert fractions to decimals.
• Experience and high skill level with CMC computer software.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming shipments and move to locations.
• Process outgoing shipments to distribution center and customers in a timely manner.
• Unload incoming shipments and perform physical checks for counts and condition.
• Enter received packing slips accurately and timely; maintain receipt files.
• Assemble and submit receiving paperwork neatly and promptly.
• Notify Production Manager of damaged or erroneous shipments.
