Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Madison, WI is seeking a Receiving Associate to manage product deliveries and maintain the receiving area, backstock, and cooler. You will process deliveries, verify invoices, stock refrigerated items, and ensure safety standards while supporting store operations and team leadership.

You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have working knowledge of IRMA.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility of processing all product deliveries.
• Process deliveries in a timely manner with full attention to detail and abiding by receiving procedures.
• Maintain backstock area and cooler.
• Maintain receiving area in a neat, clean, organized and safe manner.
• Verify delivery invoices and report variances to Team Leader.
• Stock and organize merchandise, including refrigerated items, and notify team of arrivals.
