Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Receiving Associate to manage product deliveries, maintain the receiving area, and ensure accurate processing of shipments. You will handle backstock, cooler organization, and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule, and communicate clearly with teammates. The role requires attention to detail and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have working knowledge of IRMA

Responsibilities

• Process all product deliveries and verify against invoices.
• Maintain backstock area and cooler; stock and organize receiving area.
• Ensure receiving supplies are filled and maintained; keep area neat and safe.
• Record time and follow proper dress code including non-slip shoes and cut-resistant gloves.
• Communicate with team about receiving operations and incidents; attend meetings as scheduled.
