Job summary

A leading technical services provider in Middletown, CT is seeking a Receiving Inspector to conduct inspections and verify material compliance. Key responsibilities include logging receipts into the MRP system and understanding engineering drawings. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $25 to $28 per hour. This is a contract position that starts ASAP after onboarding and may extend longer.

Receiving Inspector - Aerospace in Middletown, CT

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• The ability to perform product inspections, verify counts and log material receipt into company MRP system.
• The ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, verify CofC's and proper shipping documentation and material labeling/part marking.
• The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of raw material, machined, formed, cast and forged components.
• Perform vendor follow-up (when required) on open orders to verify dates of planned material receipt.

Frequency: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duration: 3+ months (This is a contract role that can extend longer)
Start: ASAP after onboarding
U.S. Person required
Pay range: $25/hr-$28/hr
