Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Receiving/Forklift Associate in Anderson, SC to unload truckloads and manage the dock area. The role requires operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and working with the Facilities Team Lead to ensure safe, efficient unloading processes.

Expected work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a single 30-minute lunch. Candidates must pass drug tests and are forklift certified or must complete in-house training, while being able to lift up to 50 pounds with team

Qualifications

• Must be forklift certified (or pass in-house training)
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
• Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies

RECEIVING/FORKLIFT ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retentionfees
• Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator
• Perform other tasks as assigned bymanagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests duringemployment
• Must be forklift certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
• Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
