Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Receiving Entry Clerk to accurately record and review receiving transactions in Epicor ERP, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely processing for production visibility and Accounts Payable.

You will receive shipments, verify contents against POs and packing slips, inspect for damage, and coordinate with Purchasing and Quality to resolve issues while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred (Accounting).
• 1+ year of experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately enter receiving data into Epicor ERP, including quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and vendor information.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with purchasing and quality control teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Label and route received items to appropriate storage or production areas.
• Maintain organized records of receiving documents and transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
