Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Receiving Entry Clerk to accurately record and review receiving transactions in Epicor ERP. This role supports inventory accuracy and timely processing of receipts for production visibility and accounts payable.

You will verify shipments, enter data into Epicor ERP, inspect goods for damage, coordinate with purchasing and quality control, and maintain organized receiving records while helping with cycle counts and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred (Accounting).
• 1+ year of experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Entry Clerk to accurately record and review receiving transactions in Epicor ERP. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely processing of receipts for production visibility and for Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
