Job summary

Suburban Automotive Services, LLC is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage the intake of new vehicles, create vehicle packets, and audit storage lots.

You will scan in vehicles, inspect for carrier damage, and handle related duties such as M-plates and driving-related tasks.

Job description

As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving incoming new vehicles, creating vehicle packets, and auditing parking lots.

Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities Include

• Scan in new vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers.
• Create new vehicle packets for each vehicle that houses vehicle information.
• Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots.
• Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed.
• Destroy M-plates as needed.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Receiving Coordinator Qualifications And Skills

Receiving Coordinator Working Conditions And Physical Demands Include

• 80% of the time will be spent walking or standing, and 20% of the time will be spent sitting.
• This position is performed both inside a garage and outside so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
