Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, OH is seeking a dependable Material Handler/ forklift operator for second shift. You will ensure safe material handling, verify shipments, and process receiving transactions in SAP while maintaining accurate records.

You will operate MHE (dock stocker, reach truck, scissor lift), perform daily safety checks, and collaborate with team to meet productivity goals. Overtime including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and ability to obtain a license.
• Must maintain safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and work ethic.
• Basic math skills including decimals.
• Willingness to overtime, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety policies.
• Operate and navigate MHE (Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, scissor lift).
• Verify accuracy and quality of received goods against packing slips and SAP.
• Process receiving transactions in SAP and update inventory levels.
• Use RF scanners for inventory transactions and processing.
• Inspect received goods and ensure labels match descriptions.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and check trailer integrity.
• Maintain 6S standards and clean/organized work area.
