Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a Plant Logistics Operator I to support safe material handling, shipping, and receiving. The role emphasizes HPWS standards and accurate paperwork within a fast-paced manufacturing plant.

You will operate MHE like dock stocker, reach truck, and scissor lift, perform daily inspections, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Overtime including weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic forklift experience and ability to obtain license preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Reliable with good work ethic and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety and environmental policies.
• Operate MHE including Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, and scissor lift for material movement.
• Prepare items for shipment per plant/customer requirements.
• Process shipments/receipts paperwork and ensure accuracy.
