LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, FL is seeking a Receiving Clerk (part-time) to join our Purchasing Team. You will receive and manage the resort's inventory, verify deliveries, and coordinate with vendors and departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented candidates with experience in receiving or inventory control, familiarity with inventory software, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prev experience in receiving or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Receive and manage the resort's inventory.
• Receive and deliver orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of all goods and materials.
