Job summary

LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, in Naples, FL, is seeking a Receiving Clerk (part-time) to manage deliveries, inventory, and vendor coordination.

You will verify goods, maintain records, and support multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in receiving or inventory roles and familiarity with inventory software are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receiving or inventory management role
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain inventory levels and proper storage of items
• Coordinate deliveries with other departments and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Work with team members and guests to manage the Resort's inventory
