Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1.5+ years of related distribution experience.
• Experience using warehouse equipment and systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verify quantities and product details against POs and packing slips.
• Maintain receiving logs, error logs, and daily reports; ensure proper documentation.
• Document received goods in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Identify discrepancies, damages, or missing items and report to lead/supervisor.
• Coordinate with Transportation and other departments to prioritize and organize shipments.
